By accessing or using Agma0 (operated by NIYU MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Agma0 is an AI-powered marketing automation platform that generates and publishes content on your behalf across multiple channels. We provide tools for content creation, scheduling, brand management, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Agma0 to:

  • Generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other persons
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Content Ownership

Your content: You retain ownership of content you provide (brand information, uploaded assets, prompts). You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide our services.

Generated content: Content generated by Agma0 based on your inputs belongs to you. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing and ensuring it complies with applicable laws.

Our content: The Agma0 platform, including its design, code, and documentation, remains our property.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge for consideration.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Agma0connects with third-party platforms (social media, email providers, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to those platforms' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions, including account suspensions or content removal by those platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agma0 and NIYU MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after termination.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
